This sweet cat has a harrowing story that is often the case in Romania with unwanted animals. She was found in a sack together with another cat, tied up, with no chance to escape. Someone who knows this typical way of discarding cats and dogs noticed the bag and saved them from a truly cruel fate. Flo is neutered, vaccinated (including rabies), microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
